At Lavender Dream Nails, we are committed to providing a clean, professional, and elevated salon experience. Our highly trained team takes pride in delivering exceptional service in a relaxing environment, using only quality products and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies below.

Guest Experience & Service Policies

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

  • If you have diabetes, onychomycosis, allergies, or are taking blood thinners, please inform your technician prior to your service so we may care for you properly and safely.

  • We are happy to address service-related concerns within 7 days of your original visit. Please contact us in advance so we can assist you. Corrections requested after 7 days may be subject to additional charges.

  • We do not offer refunds on services. However, we are always happy to review and address concerns regarding the quality of the service received.

  • Service prices are listed on our menu. We kindly ask that guests confirm pricing with their technician before services begin.

Personal Belongings & Salon Environment

  • Lavender Dream Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, including gift cards.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.

  • Any damage caused to salon equipment, furnishings, or products may result in a replacement or repair charge.

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, children must be supervised at all times during your visit.

  • To respect the privacy of our guests and staff, please do not take photos inside the salon without permission.

Appointments & Communication

  • We kindly request advance notice for appointment cancellations.

  • If you are unsure which service is best for you, our team or salon manager will be happy to assist.

  • If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please notify the salon manager immediately so we may do our best to make it right.
